Zensun Ent (00185.HK) announced that Zhitong has resigned from the position of auditor, effective yesterday (4th).

Zhitong stated to the company's audit committee on Tuesday (2nd) that it was not provided with all the documents and information necessary for the audit work. Based on the current audit situation, Zhitong expects that extra time and cost will be required to complete the audit of the group's financial statements for the year ended December. After considering the cost-effectiveness of the group, the board of directors failed to reach a consensus with Zhitong on the time and cost of completing the audit work.

Zensun Ent has been suspended since April 2 this year and will continue to be suspended until further notice.
