The Stock Exchange releases a disciplinary action statement, condemning former non-executive director Guo Songsen of Green Future Hydrocolloid (01084.HK), and further instructing him to complete a 17-hour training on regulatory and legal issues and compliance with the Listing Rules.

According to the statement, from January 29, 2022 to March 30, 2022 and January 29, 2023 to March 30, 2023, as a controlling shareholder (through a concerted action agreement) of Green Future Hydrocolloid, Guo Songsen was notified by the company of the relevant lock-up periods before the release of the 2021 and 2022 annual performance, but still conducted a total of 44 transactions related to the company's securities within 18 trading days during the lock-up period.

The Stock Exchange pointed out that Guo Songsen admitted the violation and accepted the sanctions and instructions stated in the statement.
