<06889/HK>■Dynam Japan Holdings' business policy for the fiscal year ending 2025/3

2. Aircraft leasing business

The aviation industry continues to recover as the COVID-19 pandemic has subsided, and it is expected that the number of air passengers will continue to expand even after 2024. Above all, since short-distance transportation is expected to expand, demand for long-body narrowbody aircraft (Airbus A320 series and Boeing B737 series) that have a long fuselage and can take a large number of seats is expected to increase.

Under these circumstances, the company will continue leasing to excellent airlines, centering on next-generation narrowbody aircraft equipped with fuel-efficient engines, and aims for further profit growth while also managing risk by diversifying portfolios such as models, aircraft age, lease periods, and leased airlines and regions. In the medium term, the goal is to increase the number of aircraft from the current 17 aircraft to 30 aircraft, including leasing and management services.

Also, in the fiscal year ending 2025/3, we will work to develop peripheral services related to aircraft leasing. Specifically, in addition to aircraft lease management services that began in the previous fiscal year, fee revenue is acquired by providing know-how (aircraft procurement, lease management, re-lease, advice/proposal, market trends and know-how) accumulated until now to other companies. There are many domestic investors interested in aircraft leasing, and services will be provided to such groups. As the first step, a seminar was held in 2024/4 for investors, mainly hall management companies, in collaboration with Indigo and Airbus, which are the company's business partners. Going forward, we intend to continue providing various information and investment opportunities related to aircraft leasing to these investors.

Furthermore, since lease fees for the 4 aircraft that began leasing in the previous fiscal year contribute to the financial results for the fiscal year ending 2025/3, sales will increase by 2 digits. Although there is an increase in financial expenses, segment profit is also expected to increase.
