4. Solution Services Division
The Solution Service Division is mainly developed by Terilogy Serviceware, IGLOOO, Creseed, and Logit. The main products are Terilogy Group developed software RPA tool “ezAvater,” a multilingual real-time video interpretation service “visible interpreter” for smooth communication with foreign tourists visiting Japan, “MORA VPN Zero-Con,” a cloud-managed managed VPN service for small to medium businesses, and “TechSee,” a contactless remote support service using images utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented reality ” etc. Also, IGLOOO is developing a promotion business utilizing inbound media “VOYAPON (VOYAPON)” for European, American, and Australian inbound visitors to Japan, such as system contract development for Creseed and Logit. Note that for “MORA VPN Zero-Con,” a new SASE solution is planned to be released in anticipation of heightened security risks in small and medium-sized enterprises.
The characteristic of the RPA tool “ezAvater” is that anyone can easily create a standard-sized business automation robot. Awareness has increased due to sales expansion strategies utilizing sales agents, and the number of contracts is on an increasing trend regardless of industry, type of business, or scale. Sales partners include Panasonic Solution Technology Co., Ltd., Resonagate Co., Ltd., Yamazaki Buneido Co., Ltd., Nexstage Co., Ltd., Uchida Esco Co., Ltd., Hitachi Systems Co., Ltd., CEC ＜9692＞, Japan Research Institute of Jitsugyo Co., Ltd., Career Planning Co., Ltd., Rustic Systems Co., Ltd., Office More Co., Ltd., etc. A sales agency agreement has been signed. Furthermore, in 2024/1, “ezAvater” received “Leader” for 10 consecutive terms in the award “iReview Grid Award 2024 Winter RPA Tool Category” sponsored by IT Cloud Co., Ltd.
The multilingual real-time video interpretation service “Visible Interpretation” can be used on tablets and smartphones. Call operators support customer service etc. with one touch anytime, anywhere. Along with the recovery of foreign visitors to Japan, introduction is progressing at facilities with a high number of IDs per case, such as department stores, retail stores, train stations, and airports. Recent use cases include tablet terminals owned by each station attendant of Seibu Railway Co., Ltd. in 2022/6, 5 stores including Hankyu Umeda Main Store of Hankyu Hanshin Department Store Co., Ltd. in 2024/4, the observation facility “SHIBUYA SKY” in Tokyo/Shibuya in May of the same year, the experiential cosmetics specialty shop “@cosmeTOKYO” in Tokyo/Harajuku in August of the same year, and “The Celestine Hotels” operated by Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co., Ltd. in 2024/5 It was introduced to 27 domestic facilities out of the “Mitsui Garden Hotels” and “Sequence” hotel brands. Furthermore, “Visible Interpreter” received the Life Jury Award as a service leading to solutions to social issues using digital technology at the “Social Products Awards 2023” hosted by the (one company) Social Products Promotion Association in 2023/3. In 2024/6, it received “OMOTENASHI SELECTION (hospitality selection)” at OMOTENASHI NIPPON operated by ENGAWA Co., Ltd. Going forward, the policy is to increase synergy with tourism-related promotion businesses developed by IGLOOO.
IGLOOO is developing a tourism-related promotion business. Inquiries for tourist site PR video production are on the rise as inbound demand recovers, and PR videos introducing the appeal of Yamanashi Prefecture, Oita Prefecture, Shikoku, etc. have been produced since 2023. Furthermore, in October of the same year, PR services for the Middle East region began for businesses and local governments requiring inbound promotion for the Middle East market.
Furthermore, Creseed and Logit are developing information system businesses such as system contract development. Going forward, it is a policy to promote the expansion of IT service fields, such as system construction, with the aim of reducing exchange rate fluctuation risks on a company-wide basis.
