Sustainable Management
RSC <4664> has established a sustainability policy with the aim of "contributing to the improvement of corporate value and regional development by placing importance on the relationship between "people" and "the community," and providing services that are trusted by customers. We have identified five materiality (priority issues): "1) Business activities based on customer trust and thorough compliance with laws and regulations, 2) Promotion of human capital management and diversity, 3) Active involvement in the local community, 4) Accumulation of knowledge and improvement of service quality through DX, and 5) Consideration for the global environment." KGI (Key Goal Indicators) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators) will be created in the future.
