(1) Providing one-stop solutions

The fact that a wide range of services can be provided in one stop for facilities and tenants, such as personnel services such as reception, event management, etc., in addition to security, cleaning, and facilities/construction, is a major differentiating factor in entrusting large-scale complex facilities in particular. For customers, it is far more efficient than outsourcing and managing each separately, and RSC (4664) can also lead to unit price increases and profitability improvements per facility. The company plans to model comprehensive solution provision to Sunshine City, which has built a strong relationship as an important partner, as a “Sunshine City Model,” and expand it to other large-scale comprehensive facilities, etc.

(2) Establishing an area management system

It can also be said that it is a strategic feature that it promotes labor saving through management in area units, centering on security and security, which is the core business of the company. In other words, it is an image of deploying the one-stop solution described above from point to surface. As the shortage of human resources becomes an issue for the industry, increasing the degree of concentration on an area basis makes it possible to efficiently arrange, manage, and operate security guards, and as a result, cost effects related to security assurance can also be increased for customers. The company plans to expand the area management system centering on the Ikebukuro district (29 facilities in total), which is a priority area, and the Marunouchi/Yurakucho district (12 facilities in total), which is the center of Japanese business, and in the Ikebukuro area in particular, it will proceed with cooperation with Sunshine City.

(3) Strengthening alliances to introduce new technologies

They are also active in mechanization and introduction of new technology for industry DX transformation. In 2019/9, based on a business partnership agreement concluded with SECOM, a demonstration experiment utilizing the autonomous driving patrol monitoring robot “SECOM ROBOT X2” began at Sunshine City, and since efficacy and safety etc. were confirmed, SECOM introduced a security robot “Cocobo (Cocobo)” that performs operations using cutting-edge technology in 2022/6, and services in Sunshine City began. Also, in addition to starting demonstration tests using surveillance cameras in 2023/4, they are actively working on alliances aimed at introducing new technology, such as concluding a business partnership agreement with Azilla, which develops and sells AI security systems in 2023/8, and starting demonstration tests at Sunshine City and security operations utilizing AI security systems at the Sunshine City Prince Hotel. Furthermore, the reason why business alliances with alliances with such unique technology are possible is none other than because there is a mutual strategic relationship with Sunshine City. For alliance partners, introducing technology developed by themselves and obtaining opportunities to further enhance the degree of perfection at Sunshine City, which boasts one of Japan's leading customer attraction capabilities, is a major step. The “Sunshine City Model” described above is also expected to develop further in the future by adding a new value proposition of introducing new technology.
