■History of RSC (4664))

It was established in 1971/9 as General Building Management Co., Ltd. in Minato Ward, Tokyo for the purpose of safety and maintenance management inside and outside buildings. At the beginning of establishment, a stable business foundation was established by entrusting security etc. for public institutions, including office buildings for government offices and private companies. When Sunshine City was completed in 1978, we have built a strong relationship with Sunshine City Co., Ltd. as an important customer and partner since then until today. We entered the temporary staffing business in 1981 (full-scale service development began in 1986), and the foundation for comprehensive proposal capabilities was established. Also, expansion into rural areas began with the Nagoya Sales Office (currently RSC Chubu) in 1972, then expanded to the Osaka Sales Office (now Osaka Branch) in 1987 and the Sendai Sales Office (now Sendai Branch) in 1999. When the trade name was changed to the current RSC in 1995 for the purpose of business expansion and image improvement, shares were registered with the Japan Securities Dealers Association in 1997 (currently listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market). The nursing care service business, which was newly introduced in 2000, was withdrawn in 2021 due to delays in monetization, but the conclusion of a business alliance with SECOM (2018/1), an agreement on the introduction of the security robot “cocobo (cocobo)” (2022/2), the commencement of resident security operations for Marunouchi Building and Mitsubishi Block (2021/7), and making it a subsidiary of Tomowa Shoko (2022/2), which handles interior work, etc. (2022/2), etc. I'm working on it steadily.
