There are two business segments: the “Comprehensive Building Management Service Business” and the “Human Resources Service Business,” and the “Comprehensive Building Management Service Business” accounts for approximately 90% of total sales. The outline of each business is as follows.

(1) Comprehensive building management service business

It provides security guarantees, cleaning, office services (reception, etc.), equipment management, etc. for various buildings such as stores, hotels, hospitals, etc., starting with office buildings of government offices and private companies. The number of core continuous contract facilities, including management work for buildings representing Japan, such as “Sunshine City” and “Marunouchi Building,” exceeds 200 (excluding temporary contracts and patrol security). In addition to the Sendai Branch, Nagoya Branch, and Osaka Branch, subsidiaries include RSC Chubu (Nagoya) Co., Ltd. (Nagoya) and the newly incorporated Yuwa Shoko (Tokyo), but the sales structure ratio in the Tokyo area is high. They are also involved in the operation of the voluntary organization “Security Guard Training Center,” and are also focusing on improving service quality and human resource development. In 2018/1, a business partnership agreement was concluded with SECOM for the purpose of improving security quality and creating new services, etc., and cooperation is being carried out using security robots and AI. A business alliance was also concluded with Azira, which develops and sells AI security systems, in 2023/8.

(2) Human resources service business

It is a business that started in 1986, and consists of office/office-related, sales/service-related, IT-related, manufacturing/logistics/light work, event-related, etc. It has a high affinity with the “comprehensive building management service business,” and it is also an element that forms comprehensive proposal capabilities.
