7月3日，星巴克App“专星送”页面发布一封致顾客信，星巴克专星送的服务收费方式将进行整合调整。专星送配送费从每单9元下调至7元，同时部分商品开始收取每件1元的打包费。星巴克表示，开收打包费对星享俱乐部会员外送下单没有影响。星享俱乐部会员通过官方APP/微信小程序下单，可专享打包费每单2元封顶。会员还可用3颗星兑换1张免运费券。
