康欣新材将于7月19日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界7月3日消息，康欣新材发布公告，将于2024年7月19日召开第5次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月12日，当日收市后持有康欣新材股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：湖北省孝感市汉川市经济开发区新河工业园路特一号康欣新材。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、关于以集中竞价交易方式回购股份方案的议案

2、关于提请股东大会授权董事会办理本次回购股份相关事宜的议案。
