According to the Wisdom Wealth App, Youpinche (UCAR.US) announced an important strategic cooperation on Wednesday, signing a memorandum of understanding with Pattaya AI Terminal to promote the strategic development of green logistics and electric vehicle infrastructure in Thailand.

Under the agreement, the two sides are expected to provide innovative electric solutions for Thailand's commercial logistics and special passenger markets through the expertise of Pattaya's AI in logistics solutions, combined with Youpinche's independently developed battery replacement technology. This collaboration is expected to greatly enhance Thailand's competitiveness in the field of green logistics.

Youpinche plans to provide commercial electric vehicles compatible with UOTTA technology and plans to deploy battery replacement and charging stations at major cities and key logistics nodes in Thailand. It is particularly noteworthy that the joint venture plans to jointly develop automatic and semi-automatic charging stations that are compatible with Youpinche's vehicles and customized according to specific needs of the Thai market. In the early stages of the partnership, Youpinche will introduce its battery replacement technology and corresponding electric vehicles. As the cooperation deepens, Youpinche also plans to localize the production of battery replacement commercial vehicles in Thailand.

From the beginning, Youpinche has established a network that includes about 100 wholesalers and 30 small and medium-sized auto retailers. In 2020, the company's strategic focus shifted to the electric vehicle market, focusing on the development of battery replacement technology UOTTA, which greatly shortens the charging time of electric vehicles by quickly replacing drained batteries with fully charged ones.

The news of this strategic cooperation has pushed up Youpinche's stock price, with an increase of up to 17.5% in pre-market trading, reflecting the market's high recognition of the prospects for this cooperation.

Through this cooperation, Youpinche has not only taken a solid step into the Thai market, but also contributed innovative forces to the global development of green logistics and electric vehicle infrastructure. As cooperation deepens, Youpinche is expected to achieve rapid business growth and market expansion while promoting sustainable transportation solutions.

It is worth noting that on June 5th, Youpinche announced a milestone cooperation - teaming up with Dutch electric vehicle company UNEX to provide revolutionary battery replacement vehicles and replacement station services for ANTRAL, the largest taxi operator in Portugal. This cooperation marks the first entry of Youpinche's UOTTA battery replacement business into the European market and heralds its further expansion in the global sustainable transportation sector.

In the first phase of the agreement, it is expected that two battery replacement stations and 120 equipped taxis with replaceable batteries will be deployed. As an industry giant in Portugal, ANTRAL travels more than 80 million kilometers a year, emitting 1440 tons of carbon and costing nearly 10 million euros in fuel. By adopting UOTTA battery replacement service, it is expected to reduce related costs by 30-50%, which not only coincides with the EU's goal of achieving 30 million zero-emission electric vehicles by 2030, but also brings economic and environmental benefits to the taxi industry.

Youpinche's chairman and CEO, Jia L, emphasized that after market research and customer interaction in Europe, South America, Southeast Asia and other regions, Youpinche is confident in promoting the UOTTA battery replacement business in overseas markets. This business model has been mature in technology, business model, and daily operations after market verification, and has the potential to be quickly replicated to countries around the world.
