According to Zhongtong Finance, Telechips (688591.SH) announced that the TLSR925x series SoC is the latest generation of the company's high-performance, low-power, multi-protocol, and highly integrated wireless connection chip family, which can meet the more demanding requirements for low carbon, fusion, security, and intelligence of future high-performance IoT terminal products.

This chip is the first in China to achieve a working current as low as the level of 1mA for multi-protocol IoT wireless SoC (measured results), achieving a milestone breakthrough in the same products in the market. TLSR925x supports both BLE and IEEE 802.15.4 wireless communication technologies on a single chip, and the latest versions of various upper protocol standards. In addition, the chip supports advanced security features to help terminal products meet the increasingly demanding security access requirements of global target markets.

It is reported that Telechips will focus on various smart home devices represented by Matter and supporting multiple protocols and higher security requirements in the future, and will also develop high-power-consumption subdivision field markets such as blood pressure meters, blood glucose meters, televisions, set-top box remote controls, smart bracelets, industrial sensors, and asset item positioning. The company expects the chip to achieve mass production by 2024 and begin to develop and provide samples for lead customers in the near future.
