All preconditions of the agreement have been met and the acquisition has been completed, with the company indirectly holding a 49% stake in the target company. The target company will not be classified as a subsidiary of the company and its financial performance will not be included in the group's financial statements.

The directors believe that the completion of the acquisition will benefit the future development of the Group.
