Under the leadership of Tengku Dato' Seri Hasmuddin Tengku Othman, Chairman of Theta, the virtual gathering saw participation from 214 shareholders and proxies. The decision to distribute a significant dividend of RM2,006,600, translating to RM0.01701 per share, underscores Theta's balanced approach to capital allocation, ensuring shareholders are duly rewarded while maintaining adequate resources for the Group's growth.
Reflecting on Theta's achievements over the past year, Tengku Dato' Seri Hasmuddin highlighted the company's resilience and strategic direction amidst challenges. Datuk Nuraslina Zainal Abidin, Group Chief Executive Officer of Theta, reiterated the company's profitability despite market challenges.
