Under the leadership of Tengku Dato' Seri Hasmuddin Tengku Othman, Chairman of Theta, the virtual gathering saw participation from 214 shareholders and proxies. The decision to distribute a significant dividend of RM2,006,600, translating to RM0.01701 per share, underscores Theta's balanced approach to capital allocation, ensuring shareholders are duly rewarded while maintaining adequate resources for the Group's growth.

Reflecting on Theta's achievements over the past year, Tengku Dato' Seri Hasmuddin highlighted the company's resilience and strategic direction amidst challenges. He emphasized Theta's commitment to fortify its position and accelerate growth in the upcoming years through robust strategic initiatives.

Datuk Nuraslina Zainal Abidin, Group Chief Executive Officer of Theta, reiterated the company's profitability despite market challenges. She emphasized Theta's focus on strategic initiatives aimed at sustained growth, including expanding market reach, innovating product lines, and enhancing talent development across various sectors such as Mobility as a Service, cybersecurity, payment solutions, and Hajj & Umrah mobility platforms.

"We are poised to achieve our business objectives by enhancing efficiency and capitalizing on growth opportunities," she affirmed. Theta's strategy includes integrating sustainability practices at the operational level and implementing governance initiatives to bolster transparency and operational efficiency.
