On July 3, Guolonghui, A-share main indexes had different trends. As of midday closing, the Shanghai Composite Index fell by 0.4% to 2985.01 points, Shenzhen Component Index fell by 0.09%, and Chinext Price Index rose by 0.4%. More than 2100 individual stocks rose, with a turnover of 374.5 billion yuan in the two markets in the morning session, a decrease of 36.7 billion yuan from the previous day. On the market, the duty-free shop concept soared, China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation, Zhongbai Holdings Group, Wangfujing Group, and many other stocks rose by the limit price because of a significant increase in the duty-free quota for residents from Hong Kong and Macau entering the country. The semiconductor sector rebounded, with VeriSilicon Microelectronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. rising more than 17% and Kangxi Communication rising more than 9%. Copper foil concept stocks continued to rise, with Tongguan Tongfei and Guangdong Guanghua Sci-Tech reaching the limit up, and South Korean copper foil material supplier Solus Advanced Materials receiving production licenses from Nvidia. The real estate sector fluctuated and strengthened, with China Fortune Land Development hitting the limit up and Gree Real Estate rising more than 7%. Housing sales in June improved month-over-month. Travel concept, education, and dairy industry sectors rose the most. Consumer electronics sector continued to adjust, with Yingtong Telecommunication hitting the limit down again, and Kewang Technology falling nearly 11%. The power grid sector continued to decline, and Xinning Electric and SMS Electric both hit the limit down. Software development, metals, and coal sectors have the biggest decline.
