On the news front, on July 1st, Goldstream Inv announced that its three wholly-owned subsidiaries had entered into three agreements, including the purchase of a 30% equity interest in Shanghai Yishan Road Lefeng Square for USD 26 million (approximately HKD 203 million); the acquisition of 908,000 shares of Aidiweixin (874055.BJ), a national equities exchange and quotations-listed company, for USD 5 million (approximately HKD 39.05 million); and the acquisition of approximately 5.05% equity interest in TechStar (07855), a special purpose acquisition company, for USD 6.877 million (approximately HKD 53.709 million).
The three acquisitions involved a total of USD 37.88 million (approximately HKD 296 million).
