康龙化成（03759）公布，截至 2024 年 6 月 30 日，公司通过股份回购专用证券账户使用自有资金以集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购股份数量为约691.616万股，占公司目前总股本的 0.39%，回购的最高成交价为 22.27 元/股，最低成交价为 18.44 元/股，成交总金额为约1.51亿元（不含交易费用）。

此外，公司近日接到公司实际控制人的一致行动人宁波龙泰康投资管理有限公司的函告，获悉宁波龙泰康将其所持有的公司部分股份进行了补充质押，涉及86万股公司股份。
