Yield Go Holdings (01796) announced that the Company proposes to change its English name to Metaspacex Limited (instead of previously announced name of China Ti Yu Group Limited), and to waive the Chinese dual foreign name of the Company as Yield Go Holdings Ltd. (instead of adopting China Sports Group Co., Ltd. as the Company's new Chinese dual foreign name).

The Company will present a special resolution at the special general meeting of shareholders (not the previously announced annual general meeting of shareholders) for consideration and approval of the proposed change of the Company name. A circular containing the notice of the proposed change of the Company name and the convening of the special general meeting of shareholders will be despatched to the shareholders as soon as practicable and in any event within the time required by the applicable laws and regulations.
