On July 2nd, 2024, Lai Sun International (00191.HK) announced that on this day, Zhuogang Limited (the seller) signed a purchase agreement with a third-party buyer, whereby the seller agreed to sell its legal and beneficial rights of properties as below: 1. The entire or entire land registered in the land registry as Lot No. 95 in Tseung Kwan O and 226,363 equal undivided shares, being all of the 1,032,560 undivided shares in the development project currently known as Bluepool, together with exclusive rights and privileges of holding, using, occupying, and enjoying all the commercial floors of the development project; 2. All the 25,990 equal undivided shares of the Land and Development Project, being all of the 1,032,560 undivided shares in the development project for public parking spaces, together with exclusive rights and privileges of holding, using, occupying, and enjoying all the said properties of the development project. The consideration for the sale is HKD 540 million.
As of the date of this joint announcement, Lai Sun Development Group, holding 50% equity interest, and a third party holding 50% equity interest, Diamond Path Limited, together own all the issued shares of the seller.
