On July 2nd, Globenewswire reported that Zai Lab (09688.HK) announced that on July 1st, 2024, (i) the company granted one grantee the right to subscribe for a total of 600 shares of American depositary shares of the company's stock-based incentive plan, and granted another grantee 900 restricted share units of American depositary shares; and (ii) the company granted Dr. Du Ying a total of 72,000 restricted share units of American depositary shares under the 2024 stock-based incentive plan.

The granting of subscription rights and restricted share units is intended to recognize and reward the grantees' contributions to the group, and provides additional incentives to maintain and further promote the success of the group's business.
