Leon Inspection (01586) issued an announcement stating that on the record date of July 2, 2024, qualified shareholders will receive 1 bonus share for every 10 existing issued shares held. As of July 2, 2024, a total of 542 million shares have been issued. The number of bonus shares to be issued based on the bonus share issuance will be 54.1987 million shares.

According to the terms of the share option plan adopted by the company on May 5, 2017, and the exercise price of the share options granted under the share option plan and the subscription rights attached to the 47.4994 million unexercised share options exercised in full, the number of shares to be allocated and issued will be adjusted to 52.2493 million shares based on the issuance of bonus shares.
