Invengo Information Technology (002161.SZ) announced on July 2 that Mr. Xu Yusuo and Ms. Chen Guangzhu, the actual controllers of the company, plan to transfer 47,207,574 unrestricted circulating shares of the company held by them through an agreement to Ding Tai Sifang (Shenzhen) Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Ding Tai Sifang') self-managed 'Ding Tai Sifang Fubao Growth 2nd Private Equity Securities Investment Fund', accounting for 6.38% of the total number of shares of the company.

Before the completion of this agreement transfer, Mr. Xu Yusuo held 150,172,513 shares of the company, accounting for 20.30% of the total share capital of the company, and Ms. Chen Guangzhu held 34,866,728 shares of the company, accounting for 4.71% of the total share capital of the company. The two together held 185,039,241 shares of the company, accounting for 25.01% of the total share capital of the company; Ding Tai Sifang did not hold any shares in the company.

After the completion of this agreement transfer, Mr. Xu Yusuo will hold 110,362,513 shares of the company, accounting for 14.92% of the total share capital of the company, and Ms. Chen Guangzhu will hold 27,469,154 shares of the company, accounting for 3.71% of the total share capital of the company. The two together will hold 137,831,667 shares of the company, accounting for 18.63% of the total share capital of the company; Ding Tai Sifang will hold 47,207,574 shares of the company, accounting for 6.38% of the total share capital of the company.
