金融界消息，7月2日，中国外运股份有限公司发布2021年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券（第一期）回售实施的公告。
公告显示，债券“21外运01”的回售登记期为2024年7月1日至2024年7月5日。回售价格为面值100元人民币。以一手为一个回售单位，即回售数量必须是一手的整数倍（一手为10张）。
选择回售的投资者须于回售登记期内进行登记，逾期未办理回售登记手续即视为投资者放弃回售，同意继续持有本期债券。回售资金兑付日为2024年7月26日。
