The sales composition ratio by service item for the 2024/3 fiscal year is almost the same as the previous fiscal year, with consulting 9.2%, system development 68.7%, system operation 22.1%, product sales, etc. 0.0%, and system development accounts for a large ratio. Also, the sales structure ratio by end user industry is 34.9% for industry/services, 29.2% for finance/securities, 25.5% for information/communication, and 10.4% for social public/civil engineering and construction, so the balance between the three main industries is good. The name of the “social/public” field was changed to the “social public/civil engineering” field from the 2024/3 fiscal year, and the performance of the subsidiary C&A Computer, which develops highly public systems in the civil engineering and construction field, will be recorded.

Consultants and engineers with both business knowledge, experience, and business know-how provide IT strategy planning consulting, IT promotion consulting, BI* consulting, etc. according to user needs. On the sales side, we are focusing on accumulating achievements through consulting and connecting them to system development and system operation projects.

2. System development
It is the company's main business, and it provides system integration services that integrate software and hardware networks to derive the best solutions. Specifically, it is contracted by major system integrators and user-related information system subsidiaries to develop business applications for users such as finance/securities, industry/services, information/communication, etc. Furthermore, they are also involved in embedded software development, such as IT platform-related devices such as storage and routers, in-vehicle systems, and digital MFPs. As a track record of system development that the company has worked on, there are securities core business package systems (front/back office systems), major bank core business system development/maintenance, information infrastructure construction/data migration, life insurance core business systems in general, etc. for finance and securities, and staff information system development for government offices. In particular, the company has been developing foreign exchange and foreign currency front to back office systems for major banks for many years, and it has received high praise from users.
Furthermore, in addition to confirming the appropriateness of system quality from the standpoint of a third party, it also provides a system verification service that verifies suitability for actual operation, such as feasibility of business requirements and operability, on behalf of users, and reports quality status. Specifically, there are requirement definition verification services, system acceptance verification services, and system development verification services. The requirement definition verification service utilizes the requirement definition verification process that the company has implemented to ensure the quality of the upstream process of system development and supports overall system development quality improvement. The system acceptance verification service is a system quality evaluation service that performs acceptance tests from a third party's point of view on a system before operation, confirms the appropriateness of whether the target system conforms to the user's business model or management issues, and verifies whether the user's requirements have been realized without omission. 3. System operation
We provide all services related to system operation, such as operation outsourcing services, operation design and infrastructure construction to improve operation efficiency. Specifically, it provides application maintenance support that is compatible with systems constructed by other companies, operation infrastructure maintenance support such as improving the stability and efficiency of operation work and document creation, etc., system operation services that manage system operation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, escalation from system monitoring and fault detection, response to inquiries, and help desk services that perform ITIL* compliant incident management services. As an example of this initiative, the company's human resources are responsible for supporting mission-critical systems such as operation of clearing and settlement systems at stock exchanges starting with the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
