Goldstream inv (01328.HK) announced that its three wholly-owned subsidiary companies have separately entered into three agreements, including the acquisition of a 30% equity interest in Yifeng Plaza on Yishan Road, Shanghai for $26 million (about HK$203 million); the acquisition of 0.908 million shares of Aidiweixin (874055.BJ), a listed company on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, for $5 million (about HK$39.05 million); and the acquisition of approximately 5.05% equity interest in TechStar (07855.HK), a special purpose acquisition company, for $6.877 million (about HK$53.709 million).

The above three acquisitions involve a total of US $37.88 million (about HK $296 million).
