Prodelight ＜5580＞ announced on the 1st that it has added a new AI speech synthesis function to the cloud PBX “INNOVERA.”

Voice guidance used for guidance on voice recordings of answering machines, notifications outside of business hours, etc., until now often sets a recording medium with a unique standard determined by each system or an audio file recorded from a computer microphone, and variations in sound quality due to the trouble of sudden guidance changes and sound quality variations due to the recording environment have been an issue.

With the addition of this function in INNOVERA, it is now possible to seamlessly create and set natural voice guidance using speech synthesis by inputting characters on the management screen. Since there is no need to store or manage a separate file, and since it can be set as it is, voice guidance that is clear and easy to listen to can be easily used by anyone without hassle. Also, while many audio files created with free software etc. cannot be used commercially, those created with the same function can only be used commercially on INNOVERA.

Usage scenes include voice guidance for voice call recordings, notifications outside of business hours, holidays, and holidays, voice guidance with automatic voice guidance (IVR), etc.
