Yum China (09987.HK) (YUMC.US) announced that its coffee brand, KCOFFEE under KFC, has officially opened stores in the important transportation hubs of Hangzhou East Railway Station and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, bringing the total number of stores to 200.

KCOFFEE adopts the 'shoulder-to-shoulder' model with KFC (adjacent storefronts), which can significantly reduce the investment and operating costs of KCOFFEE stores. Coupled with the advantage of relying on KFC's doors in more than 2,000 towns and cities across the mainland, KCOFFEE can quickly expand in different cities and also enter places like airports and tourist attractions.
