健帆生物将于7月16日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界7月1日消息，健帆生物发布公告，将于2024年7月16日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月5日，当日收市后持有健帆生物股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：广东省珠海市高新区科技六路98号公司会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于增加闲置自有资金现金管理额度的议案》

2、《关于注销部分回购股份、减少注册资本暨修订<公司章程>的议案》。
