Zhitong Finance APP learned that the global urban air traffic technology platform company Ehang Intelligence (EH.US) has reached a cooperation with China Southern Airlines' general aviation service provider and strategic emerging industry unit, Nanhang General Aviation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanhang General Aviation"). This cooperation will focus on the flight operation of Ehang Intelligent's unmanned electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft (eVTOL) and jointly cultivate innovative solutions for low-altitude economy.
This cooperation will explore various use cases of unmanned eVTOLs near islands in Zhuhai, including inter-island cargo transportation, emergency response, and medical rescue transportation services.
Li Erbao, Chairman of Nanhang General Aviation, said: "This cooperation will create an innovative prototype for the low-altitude economy, release new growth opportunities for the general aviation industry, and promote the high-quality development of the South China Greater Bay Area's low-altitude economic industry chain."
