On June 29, 2024, Fairwood Hold (00052.HK) announced that the buyer (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the seller have entered into a preliminary agreement. Accordingly, the buyer agrees to purchase and the seller agrees to sell the property at 242 Choi Hung Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong for HKD 62.88 million. The property is non-residential and has a total area of approximately 3,588 square feet, comprising of shops No. 757, 758, 759, 760, 761, 762, 763 and 764 at the ground floor of Cullinan Garden.

Since 2015, the buyer has been operating a fast food restaurant at the property. By acquiring the property, the buyer will own the operating venue and maintain its business operation at the property. This will not only enable the buyer to continue serving its loyal customers for 9 years but also maintain its competitive advantage by retaining its business network in the area.
