Since the beginning of this year, property policies have frequently been reinforced. On May 17, the central bank introduced four policy measures aimed at the property market. The current policy effect still needs to be continuously verified, but it can be predicted that if the property market does not improve for a long time, policy is likely to continue to tighten, and there is hope that the marginal improvement of the domestic economy's fundamental factors will continue. The revival of the Hong Kong stock market requires further policy stimulation and verification of improvement in domestic economic data.
Specifically, continue to focus on the 'dumbbell' strategy of technology growth and high-dividend stocks.

2) Continue to focus on high-dividend strategies, including the telecommunications, petroleum and petrochemical, and coal industries. The high-dividend strategy can still serve as a stable source of income.
