Implementation of career recruitment for global staff and cabin crew positions.
Recruitment will begin with a scale of hiring numbers larger than last year's.
- - ANA Global Staff and Cabin Crew Career Recruitment will begin.
- - For Global Staff positions, we will recruit approximately 100 people, the largest number to date (1.6 times more than last year), and for Cabin Crew positions, we will recruit approximately 170 people (1.1 times more than last year).
- - We will continue to recruit year-round for Comeback Hiring eligible to those who have worked at ANA before.
ANA will start recruiting for the Global Staff and Cabin Crew Career Recruitment. ※1Recruitment for the Global Staff position is approximately 100 people, the largest number to date (1.6 times more than last year), and 170 people for Cabin Crew positions (1.1 times more than last year).
Continuing from last year, in order to achieve the mid-term management plan, we will also strengthen the recruitment of those who hope to play an active role in the non-air business and new business, in addition to aviation business. We are looking forward to the application from those who wish to make use of their own expertise and strengths, and pursue safety, quality and service while embodying the ANA brand on a global stage.
The reason behind the increase in recruitment numbers compared to last year are as follows:
- - Global Staff Jobs: Utilizing the diverse expertise and strengths of professional talent to promote further transformation.
- - Cabin Crew Jobs: Flexibly responding to diverse needs for international flight resumptions and future network expansion.
For those who have joined the company by entering the company through the Global Staff position, we provide an opportunity to experience the actual airline field through airport training for approximately two months in their first year. For those who are initially assigned to the maintenance department, we provide a variety of training opportunities, including maintenance education including OJT in the hangar. Additionally, from this fiscal year, the personnel department will enhance the internal network building support system. We will work on eliminating concerns regarding those entering the company with a career and building diagonal relationships with existing employees.
We also continue to recruit for Comeback Hiring eligible to those who have worked at ANA before. ※2We are waiting for applications from those who want to demonstrate their expertise and strengths, polished in fields different from ANA, once again within the ANA field.
