Information security measures

In April 2009, NSW <9739> established a basic policy on information security to ensure and maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets held in its business, and is working to establish, maintain, and improve an even more advanced information security management system to meet the trust of society. The company group pays close attention to data management as it handles a large amount of customer data in its business. Especially in data centers that manage many customer systems, the company has obtained ISMS certification (information security management system) and operates with high reliability and safety. In addition, measures such as encryption of PCs, monitoring of unauthorized access, continuing to implement measures such as e-learning education for employees and targeted training are being implemented. In the event of unauthorized access, the policy is to continue to strengthen measures to prevent the outflow of data to external parties.
