On June 30, Gelunhui *ST Jiuyou (600462.SH) announced that Hubei Jiuyou Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'company'), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, plans to transfer 57% of the equity of Beijing Han Nuo Rui Ya Public Relations Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Han Nuo Rui Ya') held by its subsidiary, Shenzhen Tiantian Weigou Service Co., Ltd., to Han Nuo Shi Dai (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. for a price of 1 yuan.

Due to the poor performance of the second-tier subsidiary Han Nuo Rui Ya in recent years and its long-term losses, in order to optimize the company's business structure, improve its operational efficiency, reduce losses, and divest inefficient assets, Tiantian Weigou intends to transfer its 57% stake in Han Nuo Rui Ya to Han Nuo Shi Dai for a price of 1 yuan. The sale of 57% equity of Han Nuo Rui Ya will not affect the normal operation of the company’s business activities.
