Notice of Organizational Reforms and Personnel Changes
We are pleased to announce that Unicharm Co., Ltd. (Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Takehisa Takahara) has decided to carry out organizational reforms and personnel changes with the following details.
Organizational Reform (July 1, 2024)
Global Development Division
- The “Blue Sky Project,” the “New Platform Center,” and the “Symbiotic Society Research Institute” will be integrated, and the “Lifetime Value Co-Creation Department” will be newly established.
- A new “Talent Management Department” will be established.
- The “IUC Promotion Office” will be abolished.
- The name of “Purchasing Department” was changed to “Development Purchasing Department”.
DX Promotion Division
The “Information Security Department” will be newly established.
Accounting and Finance Division
The “IR Office” within the Planning Division was transferred to the “Accounting and Finance Division” and the name was changed to “IR Department.”
