According to the information currently available to the company, CU Venture Inv (08159) has announced that due to the need for the company and auditors to collect additional information and complete the audit of the company's annual performance announcement (2023 / 24 performance for the full year ended March 31, 2024) may be delayed.

The main missing information and/or audit procedures required by auditors to complete the audit of the 2023/24 annual performance include: (a) sending and receiving audit confirmation letters regarding ongoing and terminated business operations to suppliers, customers and banks; (b) obtaining information on the sales and procurement procedures of new business of the group; (c) determining several valuation works conducted by valuation experts commissioned by the group management; and (d) evaluating the group's ability to operate continuously. The company will continue to work closely with the auditors to assist in completing the remaining auditing procedures and publishing the 2023 / 24 full-year performance. As of the date of this announcement, the company has provided most of the documents and materials requested by the auditors.
