On June 28th, Gelunhui Dongfang Electric Corporation (01072.HK) announced that Yu Peigen, Zhang Yanjun, Song Zhiyuan, and Sun Guojun were elected as non-independent directors of the 11th Board of Directors at the shareholder's annual meeting; Huang Feng, Zeng Daorong, and Chen Yu were elected as independent directors of the 11th Board of Directors. The tenure of each elected director is three years, starting from June 28th, 2024.

At the first meeting of the 11th Board of Directors held on June 28, 2024, the Board appointed Yu Peigen as Chairman of the Board, Zhang Yanjun as President of the Company, Sun Guojun and Li Zhongjun as Senior Vice Presidents of the Company, and Hu Xiukui and Li Jianhua as Vice Presidents of the Company. The appointment is effective on the same day and will end on the expiration of the term of this Board of Directors.

On the same day, Hu Weidong and Liang Shuo were elected as shareholder representatives of the 11th Supervisory Committee at the shareholder's annual meeting.
