According to the announcement released by the Smart Finance app, PKU Resources (00618) has released its annual performance report for the year ending March 31, 2024. The group generated revenue of RMB 1.441 billion, a decrease of 72.15% year-on-year. The company's shareholders have suffered losses of RMB 786 million, compared to a profit of RMB 967 million in the same period last year. The loss per share is 8.24 points.

The announcement states that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to multiple lawsuits filed by creditors and the former controlling shareholder of the company, PKU Founder Group, resulting in a significant decrease in sales of information products by RMB 1.2858 billion. In addition, the decrease in delivered area of property development projects resulted in a decrease of RMB 2.6615 billion in revenue from property development business.
