According to the announcement from Ourgame (06899), on June 27, 2024, HKEX issued the following guidelines for the company's resumption of trading:

(i) Conduct appropriate independent investigations into the impact on the company's business operations and financial condition, disclose investigation results and take appropriate remedial measures;

(ii) Demonstrate the integrity, ability and/or character of the group's management and/or any persons who have a significant influence on the company's management and operations do not constitute reasonable regulatory doubts, and may therefore bring risks to investors and damage market confidence;

(iii) Conduct independent internal monitoring and review to demonstrate that the company has established adequate internal monitoring and procedures to comply with listing rules;

(iv) Publish all unpublished financial performance as required by the listing rules and deal with any audit amendment comments;

(v) Demonstrate that the company complies with Rule 13.24 of the listing rules;

(vi) Disclose all material information to the market so that the company's shareholders and investors can assess the company's condition.
