Narnia Group (08607) has announced that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants Ltd. has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from June 28, 2024.

Upon recommendation by the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has appointed BDO Limited as the company's new auditor to fill the temporary vacancy caused by the resignation. The appointment will last until the end of the next shareholder's annual meeting.
