Zensun Ent (00185) announced that on June 26, 2024, the company received a letter from the HKEX, which included guidelines for the resumption of trading in the company's securities. According to the resumption guidelines, the company must:

(a) publish all financial performance not yet published as stipulated in the Listing Rules and deal with any audit reservations;

(b) demonstrate that the company has complied with Listing Rule 13.24; and

(c) inform the market of all material information so that the company's shareholders and other investors may assess the company's condition.

According to Listing Rule 6.01A(1), the HKEX may cancel the listing status of any securities that have been suspended continuously for 18 months. As for the company, the 18-month period will expire on October 1, 2025. The company's shares continue to be suspended.
