According to the announcement by Futu Securities, as of March 31, 2024, the annual revenue of Richly Field China (00313) decreased by 38.27% YoY, reaching HKD 31.921 million; the loss attributable to shareholders amounted to HKD 222 million, turning from a profit of HKD 1.422 billion in the same period last year, with basic loss per share being HKD 0.95.

The decrease in revenue mainly resulted from the reduction in property sales.
