From July 1, 2024, Mr. Wong will no longer serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules and the authorized representative under the Company Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), and Mr. Zheng Gang, an executive director, will be appointed as the authorized representative under the Listing Rules and the Company Ordinance.
