Lisi GP Hold (00526) released its annual performance report for the year ended March 31, 2024, showing revenue of RMB 2.687 billion, an increase of 10.94% year-on-year; annual profit of RMB 325 million, a decrease of 86% year-on-year; and earnings per share of 4.04 cents.

The announcement stated that the significant decrease in net income was mainly due to the sale of the autos business last year, which resulted in a sales income of about RMB 2.1244 billion; the income of about RMB 127.2 million was obtained this year due to the recovery of land issues; the net loss from the valuation of investment properties in the current year was about RMB 108.3 million; and the net loss from the impairment of financial assets and contract assets of the group was about RMB 70.7 million.
