(hereinafter referred to as 'Xuhe Technology'), a first-tier subsidiary controlled by the company, and Jiangsu Lanfeng Import and Export Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, plan to use their own funds to increase investment in the company's second-tier subsidiary, SOLAR N PLUS SINGAPORE NEW ENERGY PTE.LTD. (hereinafter referred to as 'Singapore Xuhe'), no more than US$4.8 million, of which Xuhe Technology plans to contribute US$4.75 million, and Lanfeng Import and Export plans to contribute US$50,000. On June 28, 2024, the fourteenth meeting of the seventh board of directors was held to review the proposal to increase capital for the second-tier subsidiary.
