According to the announcement by Zhongtong Finance APP, Anhui Heli (600761.SH) will invest in setting up Beijing Heli and Hebei Heli, both with a registered capital of RMB 10,000,000, among which the company will contribute RMB 3,500,000 in cash, holding a 35% stake. The other individual shareholders will contribute RMB 6,500,000 in cash, holding a 65% stake. At the same time, according to the agreement, the relevant individual shareholders intend to entrust the voting rights corresponding to their shares to the company, which will actually own 53% of the voting rights and the majority of the board seats of Beijing Heli and Hebei Heli. After the establishment of the aforementioned subsidiaries, they will become the company's controlling subsidiaries.
