On June 28, Gelonhui announced that Cecep Techandecology&Environment (300197.SZ) recently signed a contract with MAG of Life FZ-LLC (referred to as: "MAGof Life", "owner", "employer") through its Dubai branch for the Keturah Resort - ATPLOT NO. DHC2.L.01 at DHCC Phase 2 Dubai UAE for MAG OF LIFEFZ - LLC CONTRACT AGREEMENT, with a contract value of AED 2,822,088,860 (equivalent to approximately RMB 5.583 billion at the current exchange rate).

This project is located on the bank of Dubai Creek, about 5 kilometers away from the Burj Khalifa, facing the Flamingo Wildlife Reserve. It is an emerging holiday destination in Dubai. The project has introduced the international brand Ritz-Carlton, including 12 ultra-luxury villas, 5 deluxe residential apartment buildings, 3 high-end hotel-style apartment buildings and surrounding related infrastructure construction, with a building area of about 155,000 square meters.
