Biosino Bio-tech (08247) announced that He Xin has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from June 28, 2024, following approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting. He Xin was also appointed as a member of the audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee.

In addition, Fan Hua has been appointed as a supervisor to replace Li Jifeng, effective from June 28, 2024, following approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting. After being appointed as a supervisor, Fan Hua will also serve as the chairman of the supervisory board.
