On March 31, 2024, the company's revenue was HKD 937 million, a decrease of 29.36% year-on-year; the company's shareholders' profit in the period was HKD 177 million, a decrease of 71.26% year-on-year; the basic earnings per share were HKD 0.187, and a final dividend of HKD 0.05 per share is proposed.

The decrease in profit was mainly attributed to the non-recurring income from the sale of shares of Nantong Jianghai Capacitor Co., Ltd. ("Nantong Jianghai"), a joint venture of the company, and Suzhou Qinyue Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. ("Suzhou Qinyue"), another joint venture of the company, on the STAR market of the Shanghai stock exchange last year; as well as the decrease in income and contribution to the performance of joint ventures from the display business.

The overall business was stagnant throughout the year, and customers tended to act cautiously. Factors such as fierce competition, weak external sentiment, sustained high interest rates, and geopolitical tensions inevitably affected our business.
