OV Services (00265) announced that Shi Baodong has retired as executive director, chairman, and CEO; Zhao Huining has retired as executive director; Chang Meiqi has retired as non-executive director; and Dong Xiaojie has retired as independent non-executive director, effective immediately after the annual shareholder meeting.

Xue Fei and Hao Ying were officially appointed as executive directors at the annual shareholder meeting, and Lin Huarong was officially appointed as independent non-executive director at the annual shareholder meeting. All appointments have no fixed term.

In addition, after Shi Baodong retired as chairman, executive director Mo Yueming was appointed as chairman, effective immediately. Shi Baodong was appointed as honorary chairman of the board of directors and senior advisor of the company, effective immediately.
